This dish is called ‘Tostadas Charras’ - pulled chicken, black beans, queso fresco from the Antojitos Calientes section of the menu, which means ‘hot little cravings', a type of street food found in small traditional markets in mexico.
Here they are served on a trendy butcher’s board with a selection of cheese, beef and chicken sliders to satisfy every taste.
