Eat Launches in Dubai!

We're super stoked to announce that we've officially launched our offices in Dubai! Following a two month period of client acquisition in the United Arab Emirates carried out by the Bahrain-based team, we've now officially launched our presence in the emirate by opening our doors to a new office. The facility is located in the Business Bay area and will be a key component in eat's continuing growth.

Eat has also expanded its Bahrain and Dubai-based teams, hiring a number of new staff across both sales, marketing and customer service.

With many of Bahrain's fine-dining independent restaurants and five star hotel chains now using our restaurant management solution, our sales and marketing teams have been working all out to actively acquired market share in other GCC countries, with much of the focus being on the United Arab Emirates.

Since launching the cloud-based restaurant reservation system in 2014 in Bahrain, we've gone on to attract clients as far away as Mexico, Europe and East Asia!

The company has rapidly expanded and currently has clients in not only the Middle East, but also in international markets including Mexico, Europe and East Asia. International hotels using the service in Dubai include The Palazzo Versace and The Taj Hotel, amongst others.

“Up until this point in our growth, having our main office based in Bahrain has been extremely beneficial. Thanks to the Kingdom’s central local we have been able to successfully target other GCC markets while simultaneously focusing on the local market, with great results.

Due to the number of independent restaurants and hotel chains we now work with in Dubai, it made sense to open an additional office in the emirate to be able to provide local customer service and continue our growth strategy. The amount of interest in eat’s restaurant management tool in the Dubai market has been phenomenal, and we have had to expand both our sales team and our customer service team to keep up with the amount of product enquiries and maintain a high quality level of support to existing product users," Nezar, eat's Co Founder, said recently.

As one of the GCC’s largest markets in the hospitality industry, Dubai attracts many international and regional restaurant management service providers, including global players OpenTable. Despite this, eat has utilized a combination of local know-how and a superior product to carve out market share of its own. By continuing to invest heavily in research and product development, the company is continually evolving its product line to better meet the needs of its restaurant base.

Eat’s current restaurant management product boasts cutting edge technology in a cloud-based system that is designed to maximize mobility, complimented by a range of analytical tools and optimization features. Featuring the ability to have multiple connections synced in real-time and extensive guest data capture, it has been designed to cater precisely to the needs of restaurant managers. Combined with a very competitive price structure, these factors have paved the way for early success.
