From old guard chophouses reminiscent of the 19th and 20th century to iconic and modern eateries, we've got you covered when it comes to finding the best steakhouses in Dubai.
So whether you like your steak well-done or rare, here are some of the top-rated Dubai spots for the best, biggest and juiciest steaks in the city.
The guys at Marina Social have been taught acclaimed British chef Jason Atherton's Michelin-starred touch when it comes to their steak! The deformalized dining experience at this place consists of a pretty paid back and relaxed atmosphere with great views of the Dubai Marina, and the steak is the best in town.
Having made a name for themselves several years ago on London's fine-dining scene, Gaucho is now a staple for Dubai's foodies that are steak-inclined. This eatery brings an Argentinian touch to the DIFC with it's slick setting, knowledgeable staff and South American cuisine specialising in delicious meats. Enjoy an Asado-style meal for a big dose of meat and culture, or get the staff to talk you through each cut and cooking style to see what your preferences are.
The Meat Co., Madinat Jumeirah
Whilst other steakhouses come and go, The Meat Co is one of the city's most frequented restaurants thanks to their sublime meat cuts and cooking techniques. We're partial to the Madinat Jumeirah branch, where the outdoor terrace overlooks the waterfront and the grand Burj Al Arab makes things extra classy. Last time we checked in here, we were served some in-house baked bread with beetroot and chocolate chips. Unconventional, but delicious.
The Rib Room, Emirates Towers
A dark interior, spacious seating and a buzzing New York-style atmosphere makes the Rib Room one of our top spots to indulge in steak in the city. The menu is expansive, covering everything from grain fed American, Australian and Canadian options to grass fed Argentinean, rib eye, striploin and tenderloin. We've tried most of it and it's all off-the-charts good, but we're particularly partial to the trio of Wagyu beef.
Faded leather, dark woods and a vintage feel give this venue a real sense of occasion. The staff are friendly and treat diners with a sense of familiarity, and they know their stuff! Let them easily talk you through the impressive menu to find out exactly what you're after. The meat portions are chunky and the cuts rustic - we like the tomahawk steak, which is good for two of you, or one extremely hungry meat eater.
