Michelin Starred Chef Vaneet Bhatia's restaurant at the Gulf Hotel has set the island's foodies into a feeding frenzy ever since it opened its doors earlier last year. And it's easy to see why; a sublime menu peppered with mouthwatering signature dishes served in a stellar venue that sits right between intimate and upmarket. For Valentine's Day Rasoi by Vineet will be tantalising tastebuds with a four course set menu - they're keeping it secret at the moment but it's safe to say it's going to feature Vineet's trademark take on modern Indian cuisine mixed in with a healthy dose of exciting kitchen experimentation!

Reflecting Wolfgang Puck's signature culinary style of fusing classic French techniques with Asian and California-influenced aesthetics, the food at CUT is off the chart, and Valentine's is going to be no exception. Featuring beluga caviar from the Caspian Sea, Australian wagy and USDA prime beef, and an epicurean raspberry dessert, the set menu is looking mouthwateringly good. In-case you haven't been, the interior is a visual feast of modern contemporary design with baked oak, bronze and leather materials lending a warm feel.
