What's the best dish at La Tablita?
Molcajete
One of our most flavoursome dishes served in a Molcajete - a traditional Mexican version of the pestle and mortar.
The dish is made up of a little bit of different parts of Mexico. From the Arrachera (Beef from the north), jumbo Shrimps from the Mexican Pacific, cheese from Chihuahua, Morita chilli sauce and cactus from the central part of Mexico and homemade corn tortillas.
What else do you need? All of Mexico in a dish.
What's your favourite restaurant, (that isn't your own) in Dubai?

At the moment Miyako at Hyatt Regency Dubai is one of my favourites, also KYO from Chef Gregory in the Palm.
