As the fireworks are a widely celebrated event, many free viewing spots are available across town. But wait! There's a catch. The crowds are unbelievably massive. As expected, many people flock to these spots to watch the fireworks, and the free viewing locations get filled several hours before the actual show.
If you would like to take this inexpensive route, make sure to plan ahead. In order to score a decent place to view the fireworks from, you will have to reach the venue atleast 6-8 hours before the actual show. Even then, you will face huge crowds and constant traffic on the roads as everyone is trying to get in before it's too late.
Make sure you are comfortably dressed and have plenty of snacks to keep your energy up, the wait is going to be long and tedious as more and more people join in to watch the show.
