For the island's resident carnivores CUT by Wolfgang Puck has one of the finest ranges of beef selections, including Australian Angus, Wagyu selections from across the USA, Australia and Japan, and true Japanese Kobe Beef. The atmosphere is warm and intimate with dark colours and some great wall frescos adding a unique touch to the dining area, while the bar is styled with a touch of the 1920s.
