Insalata Caprese
Real Italian cuisine keeps things simple and relies on great ingredients to shine through, and that's exactly what Oliveto's Insalata Caprese does. Fantastic tomatoes combines with fresh mozzarella cheese, and topped with a good dose of fresh basil and balsamic vinegar. We couldn't think of a better way to kick start a meal at this gastronomic joint!
Saffron,Parmesan and Asparagus Risotto
This dish is one of our favorite thanks to the complex flavors and textures, making each bite a little bit different than the last. Authentic carnaroli rice is cooked to the perfect risotto consistency and stirred through with some delicate saffron. A generous topping of asparagus and parmesan cheese finish this wonderful plate off!
Pizza Sultan
There's nothing quite like pizza! Oliveto offers a good variety to keep most diners happy, and they're all very good. We're big fans of the Pizza Sultan, mixing up a very quintessentially italian pizza in an innovative way; fresh tomato sauce, authentic Italian mozzarella cheese, bresaola, rocket, super fresh tomatoes and aged parmesan cheese. Perfetto!
